Northwell Health Construction Worker Requirements – 30 Hours of Construction Safety Training as follows:

A 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety Card, or;

1. 10 Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training Card
2. 4 Hour OSHA Supported Scaffold User;
3. 8 Hour Fall Protection;
4. 8 Hour OSHA Site Safety Manager Refresher (NYC DOB Chapter33)

All construction workers must receive Pre Construction ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment Training.)

All certifications must be no more than 5 years past the date of training.
